Production Process
Carbon dioxide is a good solvent - free extraction to ensure product quality. Therefore, the extracted mealworm oil can be used as high-grade edible oil and transformer oil. Peptides and chitin can be used as biopharmaceutical materials. The remaining defat mealworm protein can be used as high quality feed material.
Product Packaging And Transportation:
The current packaging of defatted mealworm protein is 25KG/ bag blank kraft paper bags, and 700KG/ ton bags. Also they can be palletized with plywood fumigation-free pallet.
Container Transport:
20 feet container: 22 tons Max without pallets. 12 tons Max with pallets (1.5 tons/pallet, 8 pallets/ container)
40 feet container: 27 tons Max without pallets, 24 tons Max with pallets.
Therefore, it is suggested that the unit price of 20-feet container without pallets is the lowest.
Antioxidant Additions:
There are 3 antioxidants that can be added: ethoxyquinoline, BHA, and VE. The price shows ethoxyquinoline < BHA < VE. You can choose whether to add antioxidants according to your needs or the highest detection value of customs. We will add antioxidants according to your requests.
About The Freshness of Defatted Mealworm Protein:
Because of the insect antimicrobial peptides and chitin is a basic, we suggest that the use of histamine to test cosmetics the freshness of the insect protein.

Problems In mailing Samples Of The Defatted Mealworm Protein
Powdered goods cannot be sent from China by international express. Therefore, if you need samples for testing, we will press the skim powder protein powder into granules or blocks for mailing. The shape change is purely physical and will not affect the composition of the product itself. After receiving the sample, you can crush it for testing or trial feeding.
