How Much Mealworm Protein Content Can The Factory Produce Each Year?
Our factory currently produces over 30,000 tons of insect protein content and 100,000 tons of yellow mealworm per year. And can enhance breeding and production scale in 3 monthes. Therefore, it will meet the needs of customers worldwide.
Product Packaging And Transportation:
The current packaging is 25KG/ bag blank kraft paper bags, and 700KG/ ton bags. We can make self-adhesive shipping mark according to your requirements. Products can be palletized with plywood fumigation-free pallet.
Container transport:
20 feet container: 22 tons Max without pallets. 12 tons Max with pallets (1.5 tons/pallet, 8 pallets/ container)
40 feet container: 27 tons Max without pallets, 24 tons Max with pallets.
Therefore, it is suggested that the unit price of 20-foot container without pallets is the lowest.
Problems In mailing Samples Of The Mealworm Protein Content
Powdery items cannot be sent by international express from China. Therefore, if you need a sample for testing, we will press the mealworm protein content powder into pellets or blocks for mailing. The change in shape is purely physical and does not affect the composition of the product itself. Upon receipt of the sample, you may shred it for testing or trial feeding.
Test Report And Certificate:
We can provide the certificate of origin and health certificate according to the requirement, a health certificate issued by China customs mainly reflect salmonella, mildew, bacteria and e. coli. If you need other inspection agencies inspection report, please inform us in advance, we will do our best to provide what you need to detect file.
