Production Process
The plant receives dried mealworms, pulverizes them, extracts them at low temperature with carbon dioxide under excessive pressure, degreasizes them, and reduces pressure on the inner end to ensure the release of carbon dioxide. Complete technologies are implemented in all closed environments.
Carbon dioxide is a good solvent - free extraction to ensure product quality.
The extracted mealworm oil can be used as high-grade edible oil and transformer oil. Peptides and chitin can be used as biopharmaceutical materials. Mealworm protein meal can be used as high quality raw material for feed grinding and breeding.
Import Customs Register:
If it is your first time to purchase insect protein defatted mealworm protein for feed, we suggest that you should register the product with the relevant customs department. Product identification can be carried out according to your requirements, we suggest the use of "defatted Mealworm powder/Meal".
Product Packaging And Transportation:
The current packaging is 25KG/ bag blank kraft paper bags, and 700KG/ ton bags. We can make self-adhesive shipping mark according to your requirements. Products can be palletized with plywood fumigation-free pallet.
Container transport:
20 feet container: 22 tons Max without pallets. 12 tons Max with pallets (1.5 tons/pallet, 8 pallets/ container)
40 feet container: 27 tons Max without pallets, 24 tons Max with pallets.
Therefore, it is suggested that the unit price of 20-foot container without pallets is the lowest.
Antioxidant Additions:
Antioxidants may include: ethoxy quinoline, BHA, and VE. The price of these three antioxidants was ethoxy quinoline < BHA < VE. You can choose whether to add antioxidants or not according to your own wishes and customs inspection values. We will add antioxidants according to your request.
Payment Items
50%TT before shipment and 50% at sight of copy of B/L.
Delivery Time
