The picture above is the production of defatted mealworm protein.
The extracted mealworm oil can be used as high grade edible oil and transformer oil. Peptides and chitin can be used as raw materials for biopharmaceuticals. The remaining defatted mealworm protein can be used as high quality raw material for feed mills and farms.Because we extract and sell mealworm oil, antimicrobial peptides and chitin, we can balance the price of our defatted mealworm protein.
Which Countries And Regions Can We Export To Now?
At present, our defatted mealworm protein have been sold to the United States, Europe, Latin America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Taiwan and other regions.
Import Customs Registration:
If you are buying mealworm protein for the first time, we recommend you to register the product in the relevant customs department. The registered name can be according to your requirements, we suggest using "defat mealworm powder".
Product packaging and transportation:
At present, the package is 25KG/ bag blank kraft paper bag, 700KG/ ton bag. We can make the self-adhesive shipping mark according to your requirement. Products can be placed on plywood fumigation-free trays.
Container Transport:
20 feet container: 22 tons Max without pallets. 12 tons Max with pallets (1.5 tons/pallet, 8 pallets/ container)
40 feet container: 27 tons Max without pallets, 24 tons Max with pallets.
Therefore, it is suggested that the unit price of 20-feet container without pallets is the lowest.
Antioxidants Added:
Antioxidants that can be added include ethoxyquinoline, BHA and VE. The price is ethoxyquinoline < BHA < VE. You can choose whether or not to add antioxidants based on your needs and the maximum level of customs. We will add antioxidants upon your request.
Problems With Mailing Samples Of Defatted Mealworm Protein
Because powdery items cannot be sent from China by international express. Therefore, if you need test samples, we will press the mealworm protein into granules or blocks for easy mailing. The change in shape is purely physical and does not affect the composition of the product itself. Upon receipt of the sample, it can be pulverized for testing or trial feeding.
Test Report and Certificate:
We can provide certificate of origin and health certificate as required. The health certificate issued by Chinese customs mainly reflects salmonella, mold, total bacteria and Escherichia coli. If you need test reports from other testing institutions, please inform us in advance and we will try our best to provide the test documents you need.
Storage Conditions And Shelf Life
The shelf life is 12 months in ventilated and dry storage condition.
